Why Use a Slim Wallet for Men?
Many of us forget that wallets are no filing cabinets and should not be stuffed to the breaking point. It isn’t out of this world to bring around a bulky wallet, but it’s most certainly far from a good thing. There are plenty of benefits to owning a smaller and slimmer wallet. Benefits that offer comfort, better appearance and even time savings.
A slim wallet will make sitting down on hard surfaces more comfortable than with a fat wallet. Your butt’s weight will be fairly distributed, and there you won’t have to deal with a pressure point on either cheek.
If you just keep the most essential items in your wallet, you don’t have to fumble around looking for your credit card or ID when you’re at the cashier. This will save you some time when you’re in a hurry. It’s way less of a hassle as well when your wallet only has what you need in it.
Are there all sorts of things in your wallet that almost never really use or even look at? If so, do some cleaning and throw away of what you don’t need. If you own a frequent eater card for a specific restaurant which you visit very rarely, why bring it around all the time?
Know a girl who likes men with large, bulky wallets that protrude from their back pockets? Perhaps not. Truth is, big wallets just make you look silly, especially if your wallet is thicker than an inch and you wear well-fitting pants.
Easy on Your Clothing
Carrying a huge and heavy wallet in your pants’ pocket will eventually leave make a groove in your pants. This groove is unfortunately hard to fix, and you might just decide to get new pants when your old one begins to look ugly. To prevent this costly scenario, just use a slimmer wallet to start with.
With fewer things in your wallet, you’ll be in much less trouble as if you had a lot of things in your wallet. In fact, a slimmer wallet is less likely to get stolen, simply because it won’t be so noticeable in your back pocket. That means you will be less attractive to would-be pick pockets.
Less Credit Cards to Maintain
To slim your wallet, you shouldn’t only be removing credit cards from it, but also canceling them. If your credit cards don’t come with full balances, you should use but one. When you have fewer accounts, there will be far fewer things to think of, and that alone can be a huge time saver. Besides, less credit is good for you.
